You can create an account with us so that you can have immediate access to your details for your next purchase. Alternatively, you can also shop without having to create an account with us under guest checkout.

You may change your delivery address by signing into your account and make the changes to your delivery address and update your profile accordingly.

We do not have a physical store for you to shop at as we are a fully online supermarket. Please order through our website and the items will be delivered to you. 


We encourage everyone to confirm your orders before making the purchase. Once you have purchased the product, it is not refundable.

If the items are missing, damaged or wrong, please send us photos of the defect items within 7 days of delivery via We will exchange the item accordingly.

Once an order is submitted, amendments cannot be made. For any new items, you will be required to place a new order.

Online Orders

We will deliver within 2-3 working days from 10am to 6 pm. There are no deliveries on public holidays.

We will take a photo and will leave the items outside of your door if there are no chilled or frozen products. We hope you understand that will not be held responsible for any items that are missing.

When you purchase a fidyah/ihsan package, it will be delivered to fidyah recipients.

At the moment, you choose to donate the fidyah packages to Pergas’ beneficiaries or other organizations. Alternatively, you can also donate the fidyah packages to your own contacts who are in need of food items.
