Frequently Asked Questions

General

You can contact us at +65 8321 9226. Alternatively, you can send us an email at: info@graciousmart.sg for any enquiries and we will reply you within 3 working days.

You can create an account with us so that you can have immediate access to your details for your next purchase. Alternatively, you can also shop without having to create an account with us under guest checkout.

You can inform us via our email at info@graciousmart.sg. We will look into it and assist you accordingly.

You may change your delivery address by signing into your account and make the changes to your delivery address and update your profile accordingly.

Delivery

We encourage everyone to confirm your orders before making the purchase. Once you have purchased the product, it is not refundable.

If  the items are missing, damaged or wrong, please send us photos of the defect items within 7 days of delivery via info@graciousmart.sg. We will exchange the item accordingly.

Once an order is submitted, amendments cannot be made. For any new items, you will be required to place a new order.

Online Orders

We only deliver on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 7pm. There are no deliveries on public holidays. 

 

The delivery charges are and $7 islandwide for standard delivery except for sentosa, jurong island

We will take a photo and will leave the items outside of your door if there are no chilled or frozen products. We hope you understand that graciousmart.sg will not be held responsible for any items that are missing.

You will need to inform us at info@graciousmart.sg if you would like to change the delivery date. We may assist to postpone the delivery date, up to 7 days later and this will be subject to slot availability. Any date change request must be informed 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Otherwise, there will be a charge of $7 for the change in the delivery date and $30 for bulk orders and is payable via bank transfer to graciousmart.sg.

Fidyah

When you purchase a fidyah/ehsan package, it will be delivered to fidyah recipients.

At the moment, you choose to donate the fidyah packages to Pergas’ beneficiaries or other organizations. Alternatively, you can also donate the fidyah packages to your own contacts who are in need of food items.
